36. Healing A Broken Heart Through The Morning Pages with Vera Kotrschal

Vera joined my in-person group facilitation of The Artist’s Way process at a time in her life when she was going through the painful experience of suddenly losing who she believed to be the love of her life.

Although she already had a toolkit consisting of shamanic practices, meditation and Reiki, nothing was bringing the relief and healing she was so badly needing at that time.

·       How the support and continuity of the group allowed her to become a Finisher, and no longer someone to only start projects but not see them through to the finish line.

·       How she was able to rediscover the strong, independent parts of herself and begin piecing her life back together again.

·       The specific tools she used to heal her broken heart, gain clarity on what she truly wanted in her life, and how everything began showing up to mirror that clarity (including love!).

·       Some of the ways her creativity is now emerging – from crafting beautiful pieces of jewelry to facilitating healing support circles for women.
